Sundried Tomato Pesto 

Origin: We freshly prepare this for our stalls 

• We blend  Sun Dried Tomatoes with Extra Virgin olive oil, Parmesan, Pecorino and dried herbs

• Rich and intense with a sweet, tangy and smoky flavour

• Just a small amount of this exquisite pesto will add depth and flavour to any dish

• Serve with antipasti or tapas, or use in pasta dishes, dressings and marinades.

Storage Info: Store your Sun Dried Pesto in the fridge remove it about half an hour before you serve. It is made with Extra Virgin olive oil which solidifies in the fridge and which will need time to thaw. Your Pesto will look and taste best at room temperature.

Fridge Life: 7 - 10 days
