About Ariston
Ariston has been producing Olive Oils and Vinegars for over three generations on the family estate in Kalamata, Greece. Kalamata is near the Mediterranean Sea so the sea salt in the soil helps grow the best olives. The vinegars have no added sugar-all sugars are from the fruit. 25% of the crushed fruit is in the vinegars. The Balsamic vinegars are aged 10-12 years. Ariston – Greek for “THE VERY BEST.”
